Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of flltomiami.com and the ground transportation services booked through it. The services are provided by FG Twelve LLC, 1221 Brickell Avenue, Suite 900, Miami, FL 33131, USA (“we”, “us”), part of the TwelveTransfers network. By making a booking you agree to these terms.

Bookings and quotes

Quotes shown on this site are calculated from the pickup and drop-off details you enter and are fixed at the time of booking. The quoted fare includes tolls, airport fees, standard waiting time and the vehicle class you selected. A booking is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email.

You are responsible for providing accurate details, including flight number, pickup time, passenger count and luggage. Fares may be adjusted if the actual passengers, luggage or route differ materially from what was booked.

Airport pickups and waiting time

For pickups at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, we monitor your flight and adjust the pickup time to the actual arrival. Waiting time of 30 minutes for domestic arrivals and 60 minutes for international arrivals is included, counted from the actual landing time. For non-airport pickups, 15 minutes of waiting is included. Additional waiting may incur charges at our published rates.

Cancellations and changes

You may cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup for a full refund. Cancellations inside 24 hours may be charged in part or in full. Changes to time, address or vehicle class are free when made with reasonable notice and subject to availability; fare differences apply. No-shows are charged in full. If we fail to provide your ride without cause, you receive a full refund.

Passenger conduct and safety

Seat belts must be worn at all times. Florida law requires appropriate child restraints for children aged five and under; child seats are available at booking. Smoking and open alcohol containers are not permitted in the vehicles. We may refuse or terminate carriage, without refund, of passengers who are abusive, endanger safety or damage the vehicle; cleaning or repair costs caused by a passenger may be charged.

Luggage and personal items

Stated luggage capacities per vehicle class are maximums; please book a larger class if you carry oversized items. We are not responsible for items left in vehicles, though we will make reasonable efforts to recover and return them.

Service limitations

We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including weather, road closures, accidents and traffic conditions. We recommend allowing generous connection time for onward flights, cruises and events. Our total liability for any claim relating to a booking is limited to the amount paid for that booking, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. Prices are in US dollars. Gratuities are optional and at your discretion.

Intellectual property

All content on flltomiami.com, including text, branding and design, belongs to FG Twelve LLC and may not be reproduced without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your booking applies to that booking.
